| Hurricane Dean is bearing down on the Eastern Caribbean and is expected to make landfall on Friday morning. |
The government in Dominica have sent home all non-emergency staff as the country braces itself for a hit from the hurricane.
St. Lucia and Martinique are also on high alert.
